    That really does suck. Before when i’ve had problems like this but with just my internet connection in Australia & New Zealand, I use to be able to get a free month or credit, especially if its down for more than 48 hours.

    I’m doing business with Comcast crooks and I had the same issue. They told me that the cable box in my apartment complex is old and that’s why sometimes my net goes down. They also offered for few hundred bucks to replace all the cables and fix my problem… Very nice people… I have no problem giving them money for their infrastructure… As the matter of a fact, I’m going to set my paychecks to be directly deposited to Comcast to help them expand their business…
