Awhile ago I posted a sketch from the old TV show: “The State” that was very simular to Carlos Mencia’s “DEE DEE DEE” bit. Recently I noticed that the Mencia people, or Viacom had pulled the video posted here but yet all the other videos from “The State” remained on Youtube. Odd, but I really didn’t care much, as it was just slightly amusing to see how generic Ned’s catch phrase was. Everyone in the world makes the noises of a dumb person, or retard by uttering the sounds “DUH” or “DUHFOO”, etc.
Recently the same guy who released the Carlos Mencia/Sam Kinison video re-released “The State” video mixed in with an amusing video of Carlos Mencia claiming he invented the “DEE DEE DEE”. Its stretching, but if anything, it’s just shows how un-original Carlos can be. Just change “Dee” to “Duh” just like how he slightly changes other people’s jokes and calls them his own.

It’s also funny that the kid from Home Improvement appears to have a beef with Carlos. Oh Internets, you never stop amusing me.

I have also been banned from the Comedy Store, for filming. In the past I was told not to film there anymore. Thats fine, and I followed that rule since they decided to gag me a few months ago. Rules get broken when your boss is on stage battling another comedian and everyone in the room had their cell phones and digital cameras out. I stopped bringing a real video camera to the store, so my only camera was a cell phone, and a digital camera that has the ability to record video. I have had a few people ask me if Carlos knew I was filming him. At one point of the night, Carlos told me to film him. So I made a quick video showing that.

Edit: When I got this audio, I had no idea what the back story was. The only thing I knew was it was from last year, and it was a San Diego radio station. Well I read this morning that the bit in question was actually pitched to the Mencia people by the two DJ’s in question that made it up. So this matter to me is closed, Mencia seems to be safe on this accusation.

The Comedy Store on Sunset, a dark palace for some of the funniest comedians alive. The best thing about this historic landmark in Hollywood California is its as alive as they come. Shit happens there that no other comedy club could ever capture. Im lucky enough to spend a lot of my time there, and very often I try to archive its stories. I was lucky enough to witness something that has been building up within the walls of the Comedy Store for sometime. Actually it’s something that I hear at every comedy club, but never in as much detail. Within the tight comic family one thing is very well known, with every comedian having their own story. Carlos Mencia steals fellow comedians jokes, re-writes them as his own, and makes money doing so.

Shitloads of money.

Comedian Joe Rogan has always been a huge fighter of joke thieves. Mostly because a high percentage of comedians either don’t have the ability to fight for themselves, don’t know its happening or they just don’t care.

So in the past I have taken a few jabs at Carlos, using the internet and my camera. But what I filmed Saturday might just be the video to open people’s eyes to one of the biggest comedy frauds of all time. Joe Rogan got off stage, and an angry Carlos Mencia grabbed the microphone from the next comic and asked for Joe to come back for a comedy battle with the perfect outcome.

Well I have been getting a ton of email from people asking me where all the Carlos Mencia stuff went.. DAMN YOU GOOGLE!!! So I decided to bring back all the files.
Carlos goes on the radio in Arizona talking shit about Joe Rogan. Whats funny about this, is he talks about this one night at the comedy store.. just so happens, I was there! Everything he says in this interview that Joe did that night, HE DID, not Joe!! He was projecting like a poloroid picture!
